I was watching The Biggest Loser last night and it is truly amazing to see the transformations within a year’s time. As I watched it I thought, “What do they have that makes them so successful in losing weight and how can I use that too?” Here’s what I see.
They are extremely motivated to lose weight. They have experts who are their to guide them with their eating, workouts and emotions. They have families who are there to support them. They have the drive to succeed.
All of these things work together to make them successful. So my question to you is, “What do you have that makes you successful? What do you not have that is keeping you from achieving your success?”
As we near upon 2008, now would be a good time to take stock in your own life and see what you can change going forward.
Action items:
1. Take stock in your life.
2. Answer these questions:
a. What do you have that makes you successful?
b. What do you need to have to get you to your next level of success?
c. What should you stop doing that may be holding you back?
3. Watch an inspiring show and analyze what they have to be successful and start doing it!
4 . Change one thing about your life today!
