Now, my basic beef with Joel Olsteen here is his apparent lack of understanding of truth and basic logic. The guy doesn’t know if Muslims or Jews are doctrinally wrong and believes the Hindu loves God (I ask which God, since the Hindu …

The other day my boss told me that, “I look at the world through rose colored glasses”. It took me back for a moment. I started thinking, “wow, this man sold our company and has millions of dollars in the bank, drives a porche and a Land Rover, has three beautiful and healthy children and a loving beautiful wife, lives in more than one mansion type house and travels the world.” I am amazed that he never seems happy.

I have a decent paying job, a middle income house, a low end car and a loving partner. Everyday I go into work full of happiness. Why? Why do I do this and the man who seems to have everything comes in angry and is not too happy most of the time. I know he must have other things going on in his life. I have other things going on too.

After much thought, I came up with the answer. Over the past few years, I have actively changed my thoughts from negative to positive. I make sure to look at the good in things and I always strive for more. Am I the most financially stable? No! Do I live in the best and biggest house? No! Would I like to and am I striving for this? Yes!

I believe that everyone has a choice on how and what they think. What do YOU think?

What are your thoughts on this topic? Let me know how you feel on this.

Hello Everyone and Welcome.

I wanted to take the first blog to help you to get to know me better as well as see why I am here and how I would like to be of help.

Growing up all I ever wanted to be was an actress and a singer. My father had other plans. He wanted me to go to college and get my degree in somtheing “stable”. He always said to me “You’ll never make it as an actress. So don’t bother”. That message rang in my head for many years after high school.

I had a very difficult time in college because I just wanted to act, but I had to study something else. First, I studied Radio/TV/Film. I thought, if I can’t be in front of the cameras, I’ll be behind them. It didn’t work. I was resented having to be behind the scenes, so I quit that.

I then changed my major to Photography. Turns out that Photography isn’t such a stable profession either! For years I floundered. I did go to Los Angeles to become an actress. I became a professional waitress instead. I always heard my father. I couldn’t change my thoughts. It got so bad that I contemplated suicide more than once. I had to tell myself that I either had to change or I didn’t want to be on the planet anymore. What words!! I thought this many times before I decided that I had to change.

It was one of those late nights watching blah tv, I saw an infomercial for Tony Robbins. It was all about my personal power. I picked up the phone, used my credit card and I was on my way. That was the first step to changing my thinking. It has taken me years of searching and trying various methods. Even today I try various things to see what happens.

Finally, I took the most action ever three years ago. I went from living in a 6′ x 15′ work trailor, yes, those numbers are correct, working for my brother in Brooklyn, making $800.00 per month, driving a beat up old Mazda car, in a bad relationship to running the Human Resources Department in my company, owning my own house, driving a new car, being in the best relationship I have ever been in and making over $75,000.00 per year helping others do what I did and this is just the beginning!!!

This is what I want for you and everyone who comes to my website and/or listens to my podcasts. I want to help you get to your next level of personal success and show you various ways to do it.

I want to make sure I am perfectly clear on my intentions. This is an “ACTION” site! I know that no matter what, if I didn’t take actions, I would not be here talking with you today. You must do the same! I will guide you, give you support, keep you motivated and give everyone who stops in the opportunity to do the same.

Positive Thinking takes time and action. Please let me know how you have used Positive Thinking to enhance your personal success. I can’t wait to hear!
